OpenERP is design for ERP standard, I think the oemedical doesn't have ERP model, because Patient, Physician and Insurance Company doesn't have link or corelation with res.partner.
I think is better if fields Patient, Physician and Insurance company is many2one to res.partner.
It will make easy if the hospital or health industry implement oemedical integrating/combine with others module, (Sales Order, Purchase, Payroll Mangement and etc)

I was try to understand how to use this module.
I think patient fields a better if straight many2one with res.partner, so in list of customer not showing the same name (one for data patient data and other for address data).
For Physician I think is a better if input only at once (Physician is many2one res.partner), not twice : 1st input Name and 2nd input Hospital Profesional.
For Insurance I feel rather confiuse, how to manage betwen insurance company, insurance name, patient name in insurance form, and Insurance plan.
But overall oemedical is good
