Need update test case check-mp3-codec-installed for stella

Steps:
1. Install stella image.
2. Install plainbox.
3. Run test case stella/third-party-addon/check-mp3-codec-installed.

Expected result:
gstreamer*-fluendo-mp3 should be installed by default

Actual result:
dpkg-query: package 'gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3' is not installed
Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files,
and dpkg --contents (= dpkg-deb --contents) to list their contents.
gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 is not existed

Notes:
This package gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 is NOT installed, but system installed higher version package gstreamer1.0-fluendo-mp3.
