Bug Description
If an issue title includes double quotes ("), it is discarded and not printed out, leading to empty titles in the report.
My first guess is how Flask/Jinja HTML escaping is set up in Auto-Summary...
A bug that created this issue was lp:1925749. As a workaround, I replaced " with “ and ” and it worked.
