nvidia-driver-550 could not be installed on [10de:25b0] and [10de:25b2]

With two nvidia drivers in oem image, we found the platforms with the below ids could not install nvidia-driver-535 or nvidia-driver-550 successfully.

NVIDIA_DEV.25B0 = "NVIDIA RTX A1000"
NVIDIA_DEV.25B2 = "NVIDIA RTX A400"

These two ids are only in Pmaliases of 550.

This bug is related to bug 2061830 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers-550/+bug/2061830), where it was decided that we should be "limiting the driver to be loaded only on the new hw supported by this driver. This will be temporary until we are ready to migrate 535 to 550."

We are currently considering reverting that change now.

Understand the approach that only new hw should be supported by 550.
A400 and A1000 ID is not listed in 535 release note, but it is listed in 550 release.

So the question will be how the new hw is being identified. Did you include all the IDs in the 550 but not in the 535 for the 550 driver release every time?
