nvidia-driver-550 could not be installed on RTX 1000 Ada[10de:28B9]

From apt-cache show nvidia-driver-500, I could find the modalias below.

535.171.04 supports the 28B9.

From apt-cache show nvidia-driver-535, it's also the same modalias.

I also find this issue might not just related 28B9.

Another card RTX4090(10de:2717), also could reproduce this issue.

I guess if the card is supported in 535 and 550 at the same time, ubuntu-drivers will only list 535.

RTX 500 Ada (10de:28BA) is only supported in 550, ubuntu-drivers could list the 550 driver successfully.

Dirk found 10de:28b9 and 10de:2717 only found in Pmaliases section but not able to find in Modaliases section of nvidia-driver-550

It should be related to this issue.
