Bug Description

External monitor is blank when boot by plugin WD22TB from S5.

The display info is shown in gnome-control-center correctly, but there is no screen output to the external monitor.

The connection topology:

XPS 9320 <-TBT link-> WD22TB <-DP link-> external monitor
