unable to boot after hardware support for Dell Precision 3650 tower update

Bug Description

After installing the update for my precision 3650 Tower, after reboot i was unable to login on my computer. Got a black scree with Dell logo and nothing else... i was unable ta start a terminal with CTRL + ALT + F2 or F1
