[Summary]
Bluetooth toggle in gnome-settings-
[Reproduce Steps]
1. Boot to OS and make sure BT enable
2. Turn BT off via Gnome system tray
3. Gnome control center still shows the toggle in the "on" state, but BT actually disabled
