test on impish, install fwupd/libjcat1 from focal proposed channel.

fwupd: 1.7.5-3~21.10.1
libjcat1: 0.1.4~0ubuntu0.21.10.1

enable dell test remote channel
$ sudo fwupdmgr update

upgrade Atomic docking fw: passed

Devices that have been updated successfully:

 • VMM6210 in Dell dock (06.04.03 → 06.04.05)
 • Package level of Dell dock (01.00.00.00 → 01.00.02.01)
 • HD22Q (00.00.00.09 → 01.00.00.01)
