wireguard has unnecessary dependencies

Bug Description

when installing wireguard it pulls in a kernel even tho there is one installed.
it likely should detect any kernel above 5.6 and assume what is needed is installed kernel wise then just install the other deps like wireguard-tools

apt-get install wireguard
