Bug Description
The 'changed' flag is not updated when an expanded branch is collapsed.
The changed flag can be seen by an asterisk at the end of the window title.
This results in no dialog to save changes unless other changes have been made.
Odot however does save changes if the user decides to save explicitly through the menu or Ctrl+s.
This bug may be related to the AutoSave and AutoBackup features proposed for version 1.5.0.
This bug may be related to Gtk2 Tree widget(s) functionality.
This bug is planned to be solved by version 1.4.0.
