Using the token received with the "neutron lbaas-listener-create" directly only solves part of the problem: access to the secret container upon loadbalancer creation. If and when a failover occurs (as I understood sbalukoff's comment on IRC, neutron_lbaas will handle that without user intervention), that token is likely to have expired. In this situtation, a Keystone trust created using the intial token can still be used, though.
