Bug Description

Currently configurations are built for the amphora without any knowledge of the host amphora its running on. Some templates used by the deployers may require this data to be available. This patch passes the amphora being worked on down to the templater system. Templates can then be adjusted to use the host amphora data as needed.

This makes additional details available to the templating system so that custom templates would have access to additional details. Setting this as an enhancement.

Allowing for a host amphora configuration

Currently there is no way to for the haproxy templater
to know any data about the current host configuration.
This patch passes the 'host amphora' to the templater
allowing deployer the ability to use this information
if needed. This information is not currently needed in
    the default configuration.
