Bug Description
Along with the end-user quick start guide CLI examples, we should also create a document which shows how to do the following in the UI (with screenshots):
* example of deploying a simple HTTP load balancer (ie. first thing in the cook book below)
* example of deploying a simple TERMINATED_HTTPS load balancer (second thing in cook book)
