Bug Description
Given the fact that deploying different configurations of load balancers is often non-obvious, we should create a cookbook document that shows how to deploy the most common use cases for load balancing. Included in this (at a minimum) should be:
* Simple HTTP load balancer with a health monitor and a couple members
* Simple TERMINATED_HTTPS load balancer with a single cert
* TERMINATED_HTTPS listener using multiple certs (SNI)
* load balancer with HTTP and TERMINATED_HTTPS listeners where HTTP forwards all requests to TERMINATED_HTTPS listener
* Simple L7 examples
* Using PATH rule to send requests to static image pool
* Using HOSTNAME rule to send requests to different pool
* Doing a combination of the above two rules
* Using a HEADER rule to send authenticated requests to an admin pool
