Bug Description

On a devstack, configured with the Octavia plugin and a load balancer (including members) the following command returns nothing:

neutron lbaas-loadbalancer-list-on-agent octavia

neutron lbaas-agent-hosting-loadbalancer is no better:
neutron lbaas-agent-hosting-loadbalancer 881d28c8-e097-4d43-a811-ee6a1f07f60d
'NoneType' object has no attribute '__getitem__'

i don't think this should return anything about octavia since that call is just for the agent based drivers. the appropriate solution to this would be for octavia to have its own client.

I just ran into the same situation

neutron lbaas-agent-hosting-loadbalancer <LB ID>

returns

'NoneType' object has no attribute '__getitem__'

Is this a valid bug?
