German letters not displayed correctly

Bug Description
There are some german letters which are not correctly displayed everywhere on OCS Server 2.0.5.
In the screenshot you can see that the User on the top right is displayed correctly "Grözinger" but in the table on the bottom he is not.
It seems that these are the following letters "ä, ö, ü, ß"
