Bug Description

Hello

With some new Lenovo computers the monitor serial is not being reported by the agent (version 2.0.5). Caption field on OCS Server is "LEN D186wA" and Type is "RGB Color" but Serial Number field is empty.
I found an old bug about a similar issue (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/541720) where it was told to install the manufacturer's display driver, not the generic Windows one, so I did (driver is version 1.0.0.0). Even after rebooting the machine, the Agent still doesn't report any serial number to the OCS server nor is it visible on the information generated by the agent on the computer itself.

Hi David,

Could you run agent using command line parameter /DEBUG=2, and paste here ocsinventory.log and sysingo.log files ?
