Different Collations on MySQL

Bug Description

I installed OCS server 2.04 and some tables were using different collations.

Example:
"config" uses latin1_swdish_ci
"accountinfo uses latin1_swdish_ci
                            but
"accountinfo_config" uses latin1_general_ci

I created a query in GLPI that used OCS database and then got some incompatible collations in a CONCAT function that's how I discovered the problem.

I think this problem may be already know because I found the solution here: "http://wiki.ocsinventory-ng.org/index.php/Howtos:Migrate_your_OCS_database_to_UTF8" but since there's no bug report and the problem seems to already exist I'm creating this report.
