Can't load SOAP::Transport::HTTP* - Web service will be unavailable

What in the subject is what I see in the apache log error at startup.

At setup time of OCSInventory I've got:

*** Warning: PERL module Apache2::SOAP is not installed !

Installation aborted !

But if I look for such module to install it, I get:

root@mui:~/OCSNG_UNIX_SERVER-2.2.1# cpan install Apache2::SOAP
Loading internal null logger. Install Log::Log4perl for logging messages
Reading '/root/.cpan/Metadata'
  Database was generated on Fri, 29 Jul 2016 02:29:03 GMT
Apache2::SOAP is up to date (0.73).
root@mui:~/OCSNG_UNIX_SERVER-2.2.1#

So I can't understand why the setup tell me that Apache2::SOAP is not installed when if I try to install it I give the reply that it is already installed.

Some hints, please?

Before it have had been better:

Ubuntu 14
OCSinventory last release in tarbal from OCS site (2.2.1).
A VMware VM 5.5 with 2 CPU, 1 GB RAM, about 100 GB disk.
