Bug Description

Hi,

when you start after a new fresh installation and select IpDiscover > Security then if you click on "Networks having uid:" drop down you'll find:

local.php

as option. If you select it you'll get:

Warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in /usr/share/ocsinventory-reports/ocsreports/plugins/main_sections/ms_ipdiscover/ms_ipdiscover.php on line 39

Fix commited. This bug appeared where there is no ipdiscover data
