can't delete payment term

When I try delete one payment term this error happend:

Integrity Error

The operation cannot be completed, probably due to the following:
- deletion: you may be trying to delete a record while other records still reference it
- creation/update: a mandatory field is not correctly set

[object with reference: Payment Term Line - account.payment.term.line]

In account.payment.term.line object the field payment_id must has de argument ondelete='cascade' to permit delete the account.payment.term to allow delete without need delete account.payment.term.line first.
