Bug Description

The wizard stock_fill_inventory import the same line twice on certain conditions :
- create inventory
- call the fill inventory wizard to import lines for a location
- change a product quantity for one product on one location
- call again the fill inventory wizard to import lines for a location
A new line was imported on same location, for the product with the old quantity (for the same lot).

Actually this bug was introduced in v7 as a result of the "fix" for the first one. So they're related but they're not triggered by the same conditions.

Same bug when qty to zero is checked ! need fixing...
