Use dbus-send for shutdown / reboot etc

Bug Description

Hi guys!
I have a suggestion for oblogout...Now you use the (sudo) {halt,reboot} commands, and they need to be sudo or add a rule in /etc/sudoers...

Now you can send the halt/reboot/suspend/hibernate commands through dbus, w/o being root...For oblogout will be perfect, because it would work ootb and without the need of sudo...An example:

SHUTDOWN:
dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest=org.freedesktop.Hal /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/computer org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.SystemPowerManagement.Shutdown
