Bug Description
To reproduce.
Create a new file test.html.erb
When you're on the first character it detects the mode: Mumamo border
It should detect it as html mode.
The attached patch fixes this issue
The same happens also when you're on the last character of any html.erb file

Thanks Jorge, I have comitted your patch to the repository.
Though I am not entirely sure it is correct in all cases. I advice people to test and report problems at buffer boundaries.
