Bug Description
The keybinding C-c C-h b for M-x nxhtml-browse-file seems to be dependent on the mumamo state of the current chunk. It should be enabled globally for HTML files.
I'm seeing this behavior with both 1.60-081006 and 1.61-081128-

Hi Chris,
Thanks for reminding me about this. I am a bit ashamed of this bug since I can't fix it easily because I forgot to add a way to handle things like this
In the meantime a workaround is that you add the binding to mumamo-map when you use one of those multi major modes where you want it. The most easy way to do that is to use the hooks for those multi major modes. (I might fix it that way too.)
