web-vcs-nxhtml failed

after web.vcs-nxhtml i get the error:

on an other computer i tried to install nxhtml by downloading the file web-vcs.el and eval it. Then i did M-x web-vcs-nxhtml. i did not review the downloaded files. after a while the installatin stopped with the error:

the required file bug885465.html.erb does not exisit.
