Bug Description
The new Nvidia driver support files released this week (Hong Kong 21/10/21) eg, libnvidia 470 compute, have caused a number of games, including native Linux games to display improperly. The problems include a black background with coloured units and the screen alternating between black and normal (slowly).
Please note that a similar PC running a Ryzen 3700X does not display this problem. It seems Nvidia drivers do not support the latest AMD CPU properly as this problem of the 5800X not working while the 3700X works fine has been occurring for some time.
