Missing child addition signals on nux::Layout and nux::View

On bug 727137 I'm implementing the signal atkobject::children-changed

But I was not able to implement this for all the accessible objects. Although I implemented it for the most important objects, for completeness sake it would be also required:

  * nux::View: it should be required a signal that notifies a change on the Layout (so emitted on SetLayout)
  * nux::Layout: is should be required a signal that notifies a new View added (so emitted on AddView) and that notifies when a View is removed (so emitted on RemoveChildObject) (BTW: it would be good to also homogenize the API)
