album art for rdio never changes

Version: 1.0.4, 1.0.5
Distro: Ubuntu 11.10

Steps to reproduce:
1. Play a song using the rdio service (using the New Rdio interface).
2. Change the song to another another album and notice song is using previous cached album art.

This is occurring because the filename for album art in rdio is always "square-200.jpg". I have made a change to the source code to store album art by a hash of the URI to handle same filename conditions such as this. I will push the change later.

I don't know if this important but I'm having the same problem in Pandora in the beta on Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit

Release 1.0.6 was canceled. Will be fixed in 1.1.0 and 2.0.0.
