Nuvola Player developer owns only Windows XP. It might be necessary to buy Windows 7/8.

I'm totally in support of a Metro port but I'd never use an old "desktop app."

The port will be an old desktop app. I'm afraid it is not possible to
reuse current WebKitGtk-based Nuvola Player backend with Metro UI.

WebKit2Gtk library used by Nuvola Player is not multiplatform :-(
