Fix committed to lp:nuvola-player/3.0.x as r21. Will be released in Nuvola Player 3.0.0.

A *.desktop file is created when a service is launched. It can be later found in menus/dash and added to a launcher/panel.
Original report
===============
Make it possible to create Desktop/Launcher shortcuts that will open Nuvola to a specific service.
Example would be, instead of having the nuvola shortcut on my launcher I would have a shortcut that opens nuvola directly to Google Music, and then I could have another that will open directly to GrooveShark, etc.
This way people, like me, who use multiple services can have a "dedicated" app for each service instead of having to switch servies in the app.
It could be as simple as adding a "Create Desktop Shortcut" button to the services screen. Then anytime you use the created shortcut it will load nuvola directly to that service.
