Bug Description
This is a problem is known to be caused by a Google DOM update of the player. Also see Daniel Slaugther's scrobbler page. (http://
In the last version of his script he included a fix:
"March 9, 2013
Fixed a bug which was preventing scrobbling. Google updated the DOM of the player, causing Last.fm to not accept scrobbles as the album artist was incorrect. Scrobbles should work again now."
I am using the latest version of Nuvola Player, 2.0.2 on Ubuntu 12.10 64-bit.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
-Select Google Play Music service
-Enter login details
-Go to service -> preferences -> extensions -> last fm scrobbling -> preferences
-Authorize yourself on last fm
-Start listening to some music
-Note that no scrobbles appear on last fm
