Add support for Unity AppIndicators

I'm in Ubuntu 12.04.2, 64bits, and despite I enabled the Tray Icon Extension, it doesn't appear. Everything else running perfectly.
Furthermore, I have installed the package ia32-libs.

environment do you use? (The default one in Ubuntu is Unity.)

Unity doesn't support tray icons by default, only AppIndicators.
Currently, it is possible to re-enable tray icons [1], but this
solution will be obsolete in the next Ubuntu release.

Since development of Nuvola Player has been discontinued [1], I'm closing the bug tracker. It will be reopened when a new maintainer is found. I'm sorry I wasn't able to address this issue.
