Bug Description

Report Ignored Tests as notExecuted.

Running the VSTestConsole
VSTest.Console.exe UnitTests.dll /logger:trx /UseVsixExtensions:true
reports the ignored or explicit tests not as not executed.

The Update 3 of VS 2013 has the fix needed. The Ignored tests are shown as not executed and the test run is completed.

I'm closing this, since VS has fixed it.
