Async Tests not fully supported

Bug Description

When running async tests in visual studio the source is not visible when double clicking on the test. Also code coverage is not working for async tests. Also async tests take an extremely long time to run like 15+ seconds even though the execution time shows a very short time like 1ms.

Also async tests when grouped by project show external. This is nunit 2.6.2 and test adaptor 0.96 and visual studio 2012 update 3 on windows 7.

Please check the 0.97 version, there was significant changes to that version with regards to async tests.
