Bug Description
when using icon size less than 28, the chrome icon in unity laucher and also in cairo-dock is white and small in size than other numix circle icons. i checked the icon directory and it seems it is intentional for small sizes, but it looks ugly and inconsistent, take a look at attached screenshot, hope it gets your attention.
