why not to give the app that doesn`t have a icon a nice default icon ?

Bug Description

The default is so bad and in some app the default icon can`t show out .

For example,the icon "test" is a icon which doesn`t have a icon,so that it displays a default icon.I think the icon does`t fit well in the icons theme.

This bug really needs to be closed. It's non-sensical, pointless, and is simply one more hollow bug to tack on the list.
