Build error in a fresh environment

Bug Description

I tried to build ntrack and got a error at ./configure stating;

./configure: line 14621: syntax error near unexpected token `GLIB,'
./configure: line 14621: ` PKG_CHECK_MODULES(GLIB, glib-2.0, ac_have_glib2=1, ac_have_glib2=0)'

But when I run aclocal before autogen.sh the problem went away. So I guess it will be good have aclocal also in the autogen.sh before it runs autoreconf. Attaching a patch if that can be useful.
