Bug Description
When restoring files from and admin snapshot, the owner of the restored file is root . It should be the owner stored in the tar file.

Access right are fine now, but there is still a bug on "Revert As"

Tested it on RC 6. The bug is fixed.

The problem is not with "restore as" function but with "revert As"
