Bug Description

As stated by DJ here http://wattazoum.fr/spip.php?article70#forum62 , Even though NSbackup does the same job as sbackup, there is no raison to make a conflict between them, we should get rid of the possibility for NSsbackup to overide sbackup files and vice versa.
