Bug Description
Pagination (multi-page forms) currently is handled "correctly" in that an element will not be cut across two pages, and the scanning process will detect multiple pages and identify all elements.
However, element identification on the 2nd page onwards is weak -- there's no detection if pages are flipped, etc.
Pagination should be re-thought -- preferably QR code each page explaining the contents of the page.
