stub -> generic option ignores (some) other tag options

Bug Description
I'm finding that when I select the "stub" option, and do not fill in a stub type (thus resulting in the "do you want to use the generic..." message), some (but not all) other tag options I've selected are ignored. For instance, I had "unsourced", "intorewrite", "wikify" & "cleanup" selected, but only "introrewrite" was added (in a 2nd edit).
