Bug Description
It seems that NPW doesn't handle the listing of AfD's that contain diacritical marks properly (or at least umlauts).
When listing the article "Bühnenkunst Theatre Company" (which contains an umlaut as the 2nd character), NPW listed the article on the AfD daily log using the "URL version":

Because of this, the daily log was unable to transclude the AfD.
