NPWatcher opens just-in-time debug and then crashes

Bug Description
When I start the program and try to click on anything it brings up a debuggger. If I press NO, it brings back the same just-in-time debugger. If I press YES it displays "Microsoft Script Error: Cannot create Application Data" and crashes the program.
