project list not scrollable

When there are more projects than will fit in the available space in the project listing, the rest overflow beyond the bottom of the window without any way to click them aside from resizing the window.
This becomes a problem when the user has created many different novacut projects and is worse when the window or monitor size is small. In some cases, maximized windows are still insufficient. This should be fixed by making the project list scrollable like the project listing in the dmedia browser.
