novacut-renderer crashed with ValueError in hash_root(): file_size: must be >= 1; got 0

I attempted to render a movie that included both video footage straight from a Canon 550D and .webm video from a screencast. The result included only the 550D clip.

Trying again with only two .webm clips to be rendered resulted in this crash.
