Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

> nova flavor-list

Expected:

root_gb and ephemeral_gb returned

Actual:

Only root_gb returned as "disk"

    Add ephemeral storage to flavors api.

     * Adds flavor.ephemeral to compliment flavor.disk
     * Fixes bug 932928
