Bug Description

This regression was introduced following bug #882742
It was noticed when deltacloud could not connect via the v1.0 API as detailed:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=783878

I'll send a patch momentarily.

Only applies to Diablo since v1.0 isn't supported in Essex
