FWIW there was an attempt at documenting them here:

but it's probably well out of date now.

Thanks Thierry, I didn't see that page before.

I was tired of following through the source code whenever there's a new commit, so I made a script myself to pull all flag definitions from the source.

I'll try and update that wiki page.
